Anita Nicholson, MSN, FNP-BC, APRN
Anita Nicholson, MSN, FNP-BC, APRN, joined the Age Management Center in 2021. As an experienced nurse practitioner, Anita focuses primarily on women’s health, treating the whole person through bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and proactive functional medicine, with a special interest and training in integrative medicine and cardiovascular health.
Anita has more than two decades of experience in the field of medicine. She received her Certificate in Integrative Medicine from the University of Arizona – a prestigious program for medical professionals who are looking to empower and support individuals in optimizing their health and wellness.
Anita holds a Master’s in Science Nursing and a Certificate of Graduate Study in Nursing Education from the University of Southern Maine. She graduated from the Nurse Educator Academy at John Hopkins University. She also received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and completed the Critical Care Nurse Academy at Canada’s Dalhousie University. Anita also served six years as an Army Medic for the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve.
Anita brings with her a wealth of experience in cardiovascular health and a passion for helping patients understand their health from a holistic, comprehensive perspective. Her goal at Age Management Center is to help patients experience the best quality of life for as long as they can. During her free time Anita likes practicing yoga, meditating, running and spending time with her family.
